Alan shares with Joy and Geoff how the word "movement" is more useful that "missional" since we've become inoculated with the word "mission". Many people are stuck in unhelpful old paradigms because of their largely unconsciously held beliefs that align with the institution of church and mission. He instead suggests models that are deeply instinctual, local and communal.
